Be careful of shower type

The device doesn't easily fit Myra showers, it doesn't fit in two ways you cannot directly screw on the shower unit and the diameter of the unit doesn't allow it to be be fitted as the shower pipe connection is too close to the wall, the only way I could fit the device was at the shower head unit end, so be very wary of what shower you are fitting it on, it is too early to see any benifits of filtered water on the skin.

No instructions and terrible customer service

Item arrives with no instructions on how to set up so had to google this. I am trying to return this item as it doesn't work with my shower but I am getting no response from this company or anyone in the returns department. Terrible customer service - Avoid!!!!

James looked after me and was very friendly and really efficient. My order was processed easily and I received my items promptly. I was delighted with his service amd have recommended to a friend, Lara, also from Ireland. I hope Lara gets the same level of service that I received.
