Aftersales?

Have a free flow problem since changing filters. Was onto helpline and told to email tech to which I still have no reply. Also didn't used to have to swap over the connections on the unit from old to new. This is stupid as they are plastic and cheap and keep leaking now no matter how much ptfe tape I use.
