Yawn! ...Is it here yet, is it here yet??

Item arrived, eventually. The review invitation says that they fulfilled my order 14 days ago - I'm still waiting on emails I sent to them while waiting on it. Basically, I will say, if you want a product, don't mind not getting any updates after you pay, but it'll arrive at some stage, and don't mind not getting any reply to web chat or email, then go ahead and buy from this company, there are probably worse ones you could buy from. Product OK.
