The filter is great. I've been using them for years.
I had a problem with delivery but was unable to report it to Aquaeuro. I tried to contact Aquaeuro three times but it was not possible. There seems to be a problem with the link they give on the email that they send when a package is delivered. The error message included:

Status: 4.4.2
