Merlin Reverse Osmosis Replacement Membrane

Purchased Merlin reverse osmosis from Aquaeuro. Made an error in what was required first and contact them to cancel the order which they did, and organised to get the correct items out to me. Had to pay for the correct items before they were sent out and received them in a few days and am delighted with them. What I would not be happy about is, after several emailed to the company, I am still waiting for a refund of over 600 euros for the incorrect item order. I would have thought that at this stage, it would have been refunded to my bank account or at least an email to let me know when I can receive same. A simple email would be appreciated to confirm the refund
