Product perfect, impossible to get refund

Purchased incorrect item online but was able to cancel same before ordered when out. Ordered and paid for the correct items which came quickly and are perfect. I have emailed and rang re the refund on the incorrect order which was over 600 euros and still have not received it, over three weeks. Would appreciate the company contacting me re same. This is why I have given a low rating!
